Refund policy

Kindly note: 

We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We suggest you to kindly make a product opening video. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to replace the item you have, and once the replace is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


CUSTOMISE ORDER POLICY

 1. Customization Orders: Refunds are not applicable on customized products, as they are specifically designed and crafted according to the customer’s space, size, and requirements.

 2. Payment Policy: 70% of the order value must be prepaid before production, and the remaining 30% before dispatch day . 

 3. Order Confirmation: By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the shared visuals, raw materials, and quality specifications as detailed for the product.

 4. Defect & Replacement: An opening video of the product is mandatory in case of any defect claims. If a defect is identified, only the defective part will be replaced, not the entire product.

 5. Handmade Products: All Lakkadshala products are handcrafted. The natural rawness and artisanal detailing are preserved, which may result in minor variations—these are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of handmade products.
